(b)The tender notice for the contract of annual purchase amounting to more than Rs. 5,000 shall be published in the "Madhya Pradesh Gazette" and two local dailies of wide circulation in Appendix 'C' specifying therein clearly the approximate quantity of the articles to be purchased and the manner in which the tender forms shall be obtained. The quotations shall be called for in decimal system.
