In section 27A of the Representation of People Act, 1950, for sub-section (3), the following sub-section shall be substituted, namely:--"(3) The electoral college for the Union territory of Delhi shall consist of the elected members of the Legislative Assembly constituted for that territory under the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi Act, 1991."
