Section 9 in The Bihar (Coal Mining) Area Development Authority Act, 1986
9. Meeting of the Authority.
(1)The Authority shall meet as and when necessary and at least six times in a year at such times and places as the Chairman may determine in this behalf and shall observe such procedure as may be prescribed in regard to the transactions of its business or such meetings.(2)The Chairman or in his absence any member chosen by the members from amongst themselves shall preside at a meeting of the Authority.
