Section 55 in The Maharashtra Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2002
55. Order Book.
- The Officer-in-Charge of Home or an institution shall maintain an order book in which he shall pass orders to be carried out by any of the staff in the institutions, The orders of the Superintendent shall be carried out immediately by the staff of the institution. The copy of the order passed by the Superintendent shall also be displayed in the notice board.
