ORAL ORDER
Mr. Barot, learned AGP, assailed the award on the ground that the learned Labour Court failed to consider that the respondent had raised dispute after delay of 14 years, inasmuch as according to his own allegation, the respondent's service was terminated in 1991 whereas he raised industrial dispute in 2005.
Mr. Trivedi, learned advocate for the respondent, requested for time to examine the factual aspects and collect necessary details.
