(5)Before a clerk is promoted to the category 2 or he gets financial progression in the same scale by any other reason he will have to pass an examination in:-(i)Civil Court and Criminal Court Rules framed by the High Court.(ii)Accountancy.(iii)Knowledge of drafting of correspondence and order sheet and(iv)Practice and Procedure.
