Section 7(4) in Himachal Pradesh Specified Essential Commodities (Regulation of Distribution) Order, 2019
(4)The fair price shop holder shall maintain a daily stock register in Form 'D' and shall also issue "Cash-Memo' prescribed by the Government or the Director or concerned Controller to the consumer in token of having issued the specified essential commodities and obtain his signatures on the Cash-Memo. The counterfoil/carbon copy/duplicate copy of such cash-memo duly signed by the ration card holder shall invariably be retained by the fair price shop holder.
