Section 20(1) in Himachal Pradesh Societies Registration Act, 2006
(1)Every Society registered under this Act shall hold the annual general meeting of its members once in a financial year at which the report of management of the Society for the previous financial years together with an audited copy of the balance sheet, income and expenditure account and the auditors report shall be submitted for approval.
