120. Guard file of Government Circular Orders.
- Two guard files of general circulars arranged chronologically, one for those of the Government of India and the other for those of the Provincial Government, should be kept by the English Head Clerk.The circular orders of the Board should be kept carefully in files and new circulars received should at once be added to the files.
