(ii)air pollution due to fines, dust, etc.; shall be controlled, and kept within permissible limits specified in the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 (No. 14 of 1981) and the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 (No. 29 of 1986) and rules made there under;
