(2)The official specified in sub-regulation(1) shall-(a)maintain a record of the measures taken by him in respect of the permission referred therein;(b)use safety cans for handling and use of flammable liquid;(c)ensure that drainage from any fuel storage is in a direction away from the well and equipment;
