Section 12(3) in The Institutes of Technology Act, 1961
(3)The term of office of a member nominated under [clause (e)] [Substituted by Act 29 of 1963, Section 5, for "clause (c)" (retrospectively)] of section 11 shall be two years from the 1st day of January of the year in which he is nominated.
