17.02.2012 The present application has been filed seeking condonation of delay of 163 days in filing the appeal against the award dated 27th June 2018, passed by MACT, Shopian. Despite service, respondents have not filed objections till date.

For the reasons stated, coupled with submissions made at the Bar, the instant application is allowed and the applicant has succeeded in establishingthe sufficient cause to condone the delay, and as such, delay of 163 days is condoned.

Registry is directed to diarise the appeal and list the same on 17th May, 2021.
