2. Learned counsel for the respondent handed over a copy of the order dated 28.01.2019 passed by Hon'ble Apex Court wherein it is seen that the Hon'ble Supreme Court has stated as under:
"In the meantime, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner on the basis of the impugned judgement and order of the High Court".
3. Accordingly, we feel, it is of no use keeping the contempt petition pending. Hence, the contempt petition is closed and notices stand discharged with liberty to revival subject to the outcome of the SLP before the Hon'ble Apex Court. The order dated 28.01.2019 is taken on record.
