28. Registers and records.
- Every employer shall maintain such registers and records giving such particulars of workers employed by him, the nature of work performed by them, the rates of wages paid to them and such other particulars and in such form as may be prescribed by rules made by the State Government.(2)No employer shall wilfully make or cause to be made any false or incorrect entry in any register or record referred to in sub-section (1).
