61. Directors, officers and staff of Corporation to be public servants.
- The Directors of the Board and the officers and servants of the Corporation shall, when acting or purporting to act, in pursuance of any of this Act, be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of Section 21 of the Indian Penal Code (45 of 1860).
