Section 50(3) in Sher-I-Kashmir Universities of Agricultural Sciences and Technology Act, 1982
(3)Notwithstanding anything contained in the Kashmir and Jammu Universities Act, 1969 or in Statutes or Regulations made thereunder, Government Agriculture College, Wadura shall after the commencement of this Act, be dis-affiliated from Kashmir University and shall be maintained by the University as constituent College.
