32. Prohibition against unauthorized conferment of degree etc.
(1)Save as provided by this Act or the rules made there under, no person shall confer, grant or issue or hold himself out as entitled to confer, grant or issue any diploma, certificate or other document stating or implying that the holder, grantee or recipient thereof is qualified to practice as a Para Medical Technician.(2)Whoever contravenes the provisions of subsection (1) shall, on conviction, be punishable with fine which may extend to five thousand rupees and if the person so contravenes is an Association, every member of such Association who knowingly or willfully authorizes or permits the contravention shall, on conviction, be punishable with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees.
