187. Drawing bills.
- The Collector of a district is empowered to authorise any Assistant or Deputy Collector in charge of a treasury to draw bills on other treasuries by publishing a notification to the effect, over his signature in the Gazette. Until the notification is published an Assistant or Deputy Collector in charge of a treasury cannot draw such a bill.
