Section 11(c) in The Himachal Pradesh Tenancy And Land Reforms Rules, 1975
(c)persuing studies in recognised institution and does not exceed 25 years in age and whose father or mother, as the case may be, either suffers from any of the disqualifications mentioned in clause (a) or (b) of the said sub-section or has died; or
