IN
SPECIAL LEAVE PETITION (CIVIL) NO.17886 OF 2019
PAVNESH CHANDRA …Petitioner
Versus
GVK EMRI AND ANOTHER …Respondents
O R D E R
There is delay of 283 days in preferring the Review Petition.
The explanation offered in the application seeking condonation of
delay is not satisfactory at all.
Even then we have considered the merits of the matter.
While affirming the view taken by the High Court regarding
maintainability of the Writ Petition, in the peculiar facts and
circumstances of the case, this Court directed that an amount of
Rs.25,000/- be made over to the petitioner as he had worked on
contract basis for a period of 10 months.

error apparent on record to justify interference.
