Learned advocate for the bank, the petitioner herein, has filed one affidavit in opposition to the application filed by the employee claiming benefit under Section 17B of the Industrial Disputes Act. Such affidavit on the part of the employer has been affirmed on 3rd February, 2021. Learned advocate for the bank/employer today submits that leave be granted to him for filing one supplementary affidavit to this affidavit in opposition in respect of Section 17B application.

Such prayer is accepted and granted. The writ petitioner/employer is directed to file such supplementary affidavit by ten days from tomorrow, i.e., by 15th February, 2021 with an advance copy upon the respondent-workman.

The respondent-workman is granted liberty to file its affidavit in reply to the affidavit in opposition of Section 17B application and also the supplementary affidavit to be filed by seven days.
