Section 230(1) in The Bihar Motor Vehicles Rules, 1992
(1)The Claims Tribunal may for the purpose of adjudicating upon any claim for compensation other than a claim for compensation, under Section 140, choose not more than two person having technical or special knowledge with respect to any matter before the Tribunal for the purpose of assisting the Tribunal in the holding of the enquiry.
