CMP No.23954 of 2024 By way of the present application, indulgence of this Court has been sought to serve respondents No.4 to 10, 12, 13(b), 13(c), 14 to 17, 18(a) to 18(c), 19 to 26, 28 to 37 and 45 to 50, by way of publication in the newspaper.
Considering the fatual position, as mentioned, in the application, this Court is of the view that respondents No.4 to 10, 12, 13(b), 13(c), 14 to 17, 18(a) to 18(c), 19 to 26, 28 to 37 and 45 to 50 cannot be served by way of ordinary process. As such, application, under consideration, is allowed.
Let, notice of the application, bearing CMP(M) No.170 of 2023, against respondents No.4 to 10, 12, 13(b), 13(c), 14 to 17, 18(a) to 18(c), 19 to 26, 28 to 37 and 45 to 50, be published for 17.03.2025, in the newspaper 'Amar Ujala (Himachal Edition)'. The necessary expenses be deposited, within a period of seven days, from today.
The publisher of the newspaper is directed to send the printed material to respondents No.4 to 10, 12, 13(b), 13(c), 14 to 17, 18(a) to 18(c), 19 to 26, 28 to 37 and 45 to 50, on their given address, under postal certificate and proof, whereof, be submitted to this Court, along with tear sheet of the printed material.
Application is disposed of accordingly. CMP No.23955 of 2024 Reply to the application, if any, be filed, on or before the date fixed.
