Section 277(2) in The Rajasthan Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2009
(2)The experts referred to in sub-rule(l) shall-(a)possess a degree in the relevant field from a recognized university;(b)possess not less than ten years experience of working the relevant field out of which at least five years shall be in the field of occupational safety, health and environment.
