Section 11 in Nizams Institute of Medical Sciences Act, 1989
11. Executive Board.
- There shall be an Executive Board consisting of the following members of the Governing council, namely:-(1)the Vice-President of the Governing Council;(2)the Secretary of the Governing Council;(3)the Secretary to Government, Health Medical and Family Welfare;(4)the Secretary, Finance and Planning (Finance Wing) Department;(5)the Dean of the Faculty of the Institute;(6)a member of the Nizam's Charitable Trust to be nominated by the President; and(7)a member to be nominated by the President from amongst the Financing Agencies.
