(2)Floor Area Ratio shall include. - (i) Mezzanine(ii)The shafts provided for lifts shall be taken for covered area calculations only on one floor and included in ground coverage.(iii)Pergola, shall be counted towards Floor Area Ratio if closed from three or more than three sides.(iv)Metre room as per Electricity Authority norms.
