ORDER:
1 Learned Government Counsel states that despite letters being written to the Respondent No.2 Sub Divisional Officer, Panvel Division, Panvel, District Raigad, he has failed to give instructions. On 18 December 2019 we had passed the following order:
"Learned AGP to take instructions positively before the next date. Stand over to 14th January, 2020 (HOB)."
2 We direct the Respondent No.2-Sub Divisional Officer/ Land Acquisition Officer, Panvel Division, District Raigad, to remain present in person on the next date.
3 Stand over to 21 January 2020.
