1. Mr. Kunal Sharma, counsel for Liquidator, states that pursuant to order dated 04th January, 2023 passed in CO.PET. 885/2015, the Liquidator has appointed a Valuer for valuation of the properties in the Company (In Liqn.) and Chartered Accountant for adjudication of claims. Mr. Sharma submits that he will furnish a status report to this effect.
2. Mr. Noopur Singhal, counsel for DTCP and HSIIDC, on instructions, states that it is not feasible for them to carry out the construction of the projects in question and she seeks and is granted time to file an affidavit in terms of directions, to that effect.
