(12)Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-section (1), no meeting for removal of the Sabhapati or the Sahakari Sabhapati under this section shall be convened within a period of one year from the date of election of the Sabhapati or the Sahakari Sabhapati either at the first meeting following reconstitution of Panchayat Samiti or for filling a casual vacancy in the said office.]
