(2)The [Central Government] [Substituted by the A.O.1937, for "L.G."] may remove from a Board any member who, in the opinion of the [Central Government] [Substituted by the A.O.1937, for "L.G."], has so flagrantly abused in any manner his position as a member of the Board as to render his continuance as a member detrimental to the public interests.
