Section 158(1) in Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Act, 1976
(1)Whoever fails to comply with any notice, order or direction issued or given under this Chapter shall, on conviction, be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three months, or with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees, or with both.
