Section 2(k) in The Mumbai Port Trust (Pension Fund) Regulations, 2004
(k)"Pension Regulations" means all rules in the Bombay Port Trust Pension Regulations and orders of the Central Government as may be issued from time to time to provide pensions, gratuity and commutation of pension, family pension and ex-gratia pension;
