Section 1 in Bihar State University Service Commission Act, 2017
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Bihar State University Service Commission Act, 2017.(2)It shall extend to the whole State of Bihar.(3)It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may fix by notification in the official Gazette.
