10. Power to call for information.
- The Imitating Officer or the Adjudicating Authority shall have power to require any officer or authority of the State Government or a local authority or any person or authority who is responsible for registering and maintaining books of account and other documents containing a record of any transaction relating to any property or any other person to furnish such information in relation to such persons, points or matters as in his opinion will be useful for or relevant to the purposes of this Act.
