Section 60 in Minerals (Other than Atomic and Hydro Carbons Energy Minerals) Concession Rules, 2016
60. Lessor to supply certain information to the lessee.
- Where any area has previously been held under a mineral concession, the person who was granted such concession shall make available to the new concession holder the original or certified copies of all plans including abandoned workings in that area.
