Section 18(1) in The Rajasthan Agricultural Produce Markets Rules, 1963
(1)If the number of candidates who are duly nominated and who have not withdrawn their candidature in the manner and within the time specified in sub-rule (1) of Rule 17 exceeds that of the vacancies to be filled, a poll shall be taken.
