23. Discipline, punishment etc.
(1)The observance of rules of discipline and good behaviour shall be a condition essential to a student's continuance in a school.(2)In case of breach of discipline by a student below the age of 14 years, if the Director is satisfied that continuance of such a student in the school in which he is studying, is likely to be detrimental to the general tenor or discipline of the school, he may send such a student to such special school as he may think fit.
