(2)Khudkasht right is not transferable except by exchange or by partition of the Khudkasht or by gift for the purpose of maintenance:Provided that nothing herein contained shall affect a transfer of Khudkasht right, lawfully made in the Abu, Ajmer and Sunel areas before the commencement of the Rajasthan Revenue Laws (Extension) Act, 1957 otherwise than in the manner permitted by this sub-section.
