(2)The Vice-Chancellor shall be the Chairperson of the Board of management. In the absence of the Vice Chancellor, a person nominated by the Sponsor shall serve as the Chairperson. The Registrar shall be the Secretary. In the absence of the Registrar, the Chairperson may nominate one of the members to serve as Secretary, pro tem.
