24. Exemption of stamp duty on instrument of agreement.
- The agreement mentioned in sub-section (1) of section 9 and also any instrument executed between owner of the land and the Agency for giving effect to such agreement shall not be chargeable with any duty under the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 (No. 2 of 1899).
