Section 130(6) in The Orissa Municipal Corporation Act, 2003
(6)Where the Government is satisfied that in the public interest or for reason of incapacity of a Corporation Ombudsman, it is necessary so to do, it may, for reasons to be recorded in writing, and by giving him three months notice or by paying him three months consolidated emoluments in lieu of such notice, remove him from his office.
