(t)neglects to obey any battalion or other orders, or commits any act or omission prejudicial to good order and discipline such act or omission not constituting an offence under the Indian Penal Code or other Act in force in Assam, shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year, or with fine which may extend to two hundred rupees, or with both.
