Section 9(2) in Himachal Pradesh Universities of Agriculture, Horticulture and Forestry Act, 1986
(2)The Chief Secretary to the State Government shall be the Chairman of the Council and the Council shall have the following members, namely :-(i)The Vice-Chancellors of the Universities;(ii)The Secretaries to the State Government in the Departments of Agriculture, Horticulture, Animal Husbandry, Finance and Forest; and(iii)One representative of the Indian Council of Agricultural Research, New Delhi.
