(g)"Enforcement Officer" means an officer of the Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Protection Department of the State Government not below the rank of the Food Inspector or a Police Officer not below the rank of the Sub-Inspector or an officer from Department of Revenue not below the rank of Naib Tehsildar;
