Section 19(1) in West Bengal Veterinary Practitioners Act, 1960
(1)The Registrar shall maintain the register in such form and in such manner as may be prescribed and shall make from time to time such entries, corrections, alterations or modifications in the entries therein as may be necessary or as may be directed by the Council.
