Order 29/09/2022 Defect pointed out by the office is overruled. Heard on application (I.A. No.01/2022) under Oder 22 Rule 3 of the CPC for taking on record the legal heirs of the appellant No.1/3 Balwant Singh.
For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed.
The legal representatives of appellant No.1/3 mentioned in Para No.3 of the application are taken on record.
Amended cause title has already been filed, the same be taken on record.
Issue notice. Issue notice of the stay application also, returnable within a period of four weeks.

Till then, the respondents are restrained from alienating the property in dispute.
