Section 70(2)(xiii) in The Maharashtra Agricultural Universities (Krishi Vidyapeeths) Act, 1983

(xiii)all Statutes made under the Acts repealed in respect of any existing University shall, in so far as they are not inconsistent with the provisions of W Act, continue in force and be deemed to have been made under this Act, in respect of the corresponding University by the Executive Council of that University until they are superseded or modified by the Statutes made under this Act;
