Section 13(4) in The Orissa Marine Fishing Regulation Rules, 1983
(4)The Adjudicating Officer shall as far as possible dispose of the case within 60 days from the date of receipt of such report. In cases where the disposal is delayed he shall record the reasons for the delay. The copy of the order and the reasons thereof shall be supplied to the parties.
