Section 11(1) in Haryana Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Rules, 1983
(1)The Board may create such posts as It considers necessary for the efficient performance of its functions and may abolish any post, so created:Provided that for the creation of any post the maximum of whose pay Scale exceeds Rs. 2,500 the Board shall obtain prior sanction of the Government.
